1. Cardio and Strength Training Exercises
Use a stationary bike, treadmill or elliptical trainer for 30 to 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least five days a week. Eat low calorie foods. Avoid foods that contain high amounts of sugar, such as sodas, energy drinks, juices, etc. as they contain high amounts of sugar. Use natural sweeteners such as honey to sweeten tea or any other substance.

10. Drink enough water
Drinking enough water throughout the day is very important because the liver needs water to convert fat into energy and keep metabolism high. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of clean water daily. Actually start your day with water.
