New Delhi Railway Station Gang Rape Case Delhi Police Arrested Four Railway Employees Accused – Delhi Gang Rape

A shameful case has come to light from the capital of the country, Delhi. There has been an incident of gang-rape with a 30-year-old woman at the New Delhi railway station here. Four employees working in the Electricity Department of the Railways have been accused of gang-rape. According to the information received from the police, the accused implicated the woman in a very vicious way and did cruelty to her.

At present, the police have arrested all the four accused. The victim woman called the police at around 2.30 am and informed about the incident. On searching, the victim woman was found by police at platform number 8 and 9 of New Delhi railway station.

The victim, a resident of Faridabad, told the police that she has been living separately from her husband for the past one year, and their divorce case is going on in the court. About two years ago, the woman met a boy through her common friend. The boy told that he works in the railways and will get him a job too. Meanwhile, the conversation between the two started increasing.

Woman called on the pretext of party
On July 21, the young man talked about having a party in the joy of buying a new house and also called the woman. She came to Kirti Nagar by metro at around 10.30 pm from where the accused took her to platform number 8-9 of New Delhi railway station. The accused youth asked him to sit in a room meant for the employees of the electricity department. After some time the young man and one of his friends came in the room and locked the door from inside and harassed the woman. At the same time, two of his companions kept guarding outside the door.

Taking immediate cognizance of the matter, the police registered a case under section 376D/342 of IPC. The police have arrested all the four accused. The police is engaged in the investigation of the case. All the four accused who misbehaved with the woman are employees in the Electricity Department of the Railways. All have been arrested. DCP Railway Harendra Singh said that on the complaint of the woman, the accused have been arrested and investigation has been started.
