All India Institute of Medical Science: All the 19 new AIIMS in the country are facing acute shortage of doctors and staff these days. Despite the efforts of the government, these vacant posts have not been filled so far. Alam is that more than half the posts are lying vacant here. In which various posts of employees including SR (Senior Resident) and JR (Junior Resident) are included. Which remain vacant at 50.7 percent per year. This information was given by the Union Minister of State for Health Dr. Bharti Pravin Pawar while replying to the question of TMC MP Nusrat Jahan Ruhi in the Lok Sabha.
Not only this, Delhi-AIIMS, which provides protection to all AIIMS, is also providing its services with a shortage of 36 percent staff. Here 34 percent of SR (Senior Resident) and 21 percent of JR (Junior Resident) posts are lying vacant for a long time. According to Bharti Praveen Pawar, 303 faculty posts are sanctioned in each AIIMS of Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh. The worst condition of these remains in Patna AIIMS. Because here 57 percent i.e. 173 faculty posts are lying vacant. There are 152 vacancies in Raipur, 102 in Bhopal, 102 in Rishikesh, 77 in Bhubaneswar and 76 in Jodhpur.
AIIMS Deoghar was inaugurated by the Prime Minister, the situation is bad here too
Recently Prime Minister of AIIMS Deoghar Narendra Modi had inaugurated. It was commissioned despite 53.5 percent staff shortage. Here out of total 183 Faculty Posts, 98 posts are still lying vacant. In Jharkhand AIIMS, out of 1018 sanctioned non-faculty posts, 797 posts are vacant.
Faculty has been appointed on only eight posts in Madurai AIIMS
In Madurai AIIMS (AIIMS Madurai), the government has so far been able to appoint faculty for only eight posts. A total of 183 faculty posts are sanctioned here. Out of which 175 posts are lying vacant. At the same time, no appointment has been made on a single non-faculty post so far.
The posts have not been filled by maintaining high standards – Union Minister of State for Health

Delhi AIIMS has 411 faculty posts vacant
In AIIMS Delhi, 2,547 posts out of 5,340 are lying vacant. 411 faculty posts are also lying vacant in various departments. There is also a shortage of 17 percent employees. who are kept for the care of patients.
